History made: R7 club first race! 10KM

November 22nd marked a huge turning point for the R7 Run Club. After months of planning and anticipation, we successfully hosted our first-ever race, bringing the running community together in a spectacular fashion.

Set against the modern and vibrant backdrop of Misk City, the energy was electric as 600 participants gathered to conquer the 10KM distance. It wasn’t just a race; it was a

celebration of movement, community, and determination in the heart of Riyadh.

While every runner who crossed the finish line is a winner in our eyes, the competition at the front of the pack was fierce. We saw some incredible times and performances.

An event of this magnitude is impossible to achieve alone, and we extend our deepest gratitude to the ecosystem of partners who brought the R7 10KM Race to life. A huge thank you also goes to Plenty and SLD's for fueling the race experience, and to ASICS for opening their doors at Al Nakheel Mall to host our kit collection days; your collective belief in our vision helped create an unforgettable debut for our community. Finally, to our Volunteers. You are the unsung heroes. From handing out water to guiding the route and cheering at the top of your lungs, you ensured the event ran smoothly and safely. We could not have done this without you.
