How can I register?

You can register online from the website by clicking here.
When is the kit collection?

Kit collection will take place on Thursday, May 22 and Friday, May 23, at the ASICS store in Al Nakheel Mall from 3:00 PM to 08:00 PM
What will the race kit include?

Bag Race Bib T-shirt
Can I register on-site or on the day of the race?

There is no registration on-site. The last day for registration is 23/05/2025 at 7:00 PM. Availability cannot be guaranteed, as registration will close once tickets sell out. Please register early to secure your spot.
Can I get a refund if I wasn't able to make it to the race?

The race refund policy does not allow refund to be processed to any participant unless there's a medical emergency that caused the participant not to be part of the race. A medical report has to be provided before the event or 3 days maximum after the event day to be reviewed by the race management for a decision to be made.
Where can I find the race maps for each race?

Course maps can be found on the webpage and can be downloaded here
What is the cut-off time for each distance?

Each distance has a designated cutoff time. Participants must complete the race within this limit to receive an official time and medal. 21KM – Cutoff time: 3:30 hours (08:45 AM) 10KM – Cutoff time: 2 hours (07:15 AM) 5KM – Cutoff time: 1 hour (06:15 AM) 1KM – Cutoff time: 15 minutes (05:15 AM)
Will there be a drop bag area to leave our bags?

Yes, all participants can drop their bags in the bag drop booth at the event area before the race starts.
How can I get to the event area and where do I park?

Please head to the designated parking location here From there, shuttle buses will be operating continuously to transport all participants and visitors to the event village throughout the duration of the event.
What will I get for participating?

Finisher medal, t-shirt, free photos for all participants who finish their race.
Is there going to be prizes for the winners?

Awards will be presented to the top finishers in each race as follows: 1.
